2. Description of Service
Football Clipper is a video conversion service that transforms landscape football highlights into portrait-format videos optimized for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Our AI technology tracks the ball and players to create engaging vertical content.
3. Content Storage and Retention
When you upload content to Football Clipper:
- 30-Day Storage: All uploaded videos and converted highlights are stored on our servers for a maximum of 30 days.
- Automatic Deletion: After 30 days, your content is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
- Download Responsibility: You are responsible for downloading your converted videos before the 30-day period expires.
4. License to Use Content
By uploading content to Football Clipper, you grant us:
- A non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your videos for the purpose of providing the conversion service.
- The right to use uploaded highlights on our social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Facebook) for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish your content to be featured on our social media, please contact us at support@footballclipper.com and we will remove it promptly.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to your original content. Football Clipper retains all rights to our technology, software, and branding. The converted videos are yours to use as you see fit, subject to these Terms.
7. Privacy
We do not collect or store any personal data about our users. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Clipper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Subscription and Payments
If you subscribe to Football Clipper Pro:
- Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
